We hold all aspects of a client’s involvement with Personal Counselling Services (PCS) in utmost confidence. Personally identifiable information regarding individuals using our services is not discussed with outside parties (e.g. parents or professors) without the prior written consent of the client. Receptionists and other staff do not acknowledge to anyone making such inquiries whether or not an individual is a client of PCS. Client records are maintained for 15 years after the date of the last contact and are then destroyed.
